For an offer indicating payment via Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the seller of the transaction and handles transaction support, including payments, taxes and disputes within the scope of that service. The transaction seller's identity and applicable terms appear on the payment page and receipt. Levis Global LLC remains the publisher and provides help with using its software. This distinction does not make any offer available for purchase before it is actually available.

5. Nature of the service

Cap Ailleurs is an application that helps prepare a trip or life project in Costa Rica. It provides documented areas and a travel journal, a human perspective on the territory, documentary resources, a method, discussion spaces and decision-support tools.

Cap Ailleurs is not:

• a travel agency or travel and stay operator within the meaning of articles L211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code;
• a legal, tax or accounting firm, or any form of regulated advisory provider;
• an immigration, visa or residency assistance service;
• a real estate agency or real estate transaction intermediary;
• a promise of expatriation, relocation, obtaining a residence permit, employment or income.

No Cap Ailleurs content constitutes personalized advice within a regulated profession. Decisions made following use of the service are the user's sole responsibility; the user remains required to consult the professionals competent for their situation.

6. Intellectual property

All elements making up Cap Ailleurs (texts, methods, pathways, maps, illustrations, visual identity, interface structures, source code and databases) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Levis Global LLC or its rights holders.

The brand Cap Ailleurs is owned by Levis Global LLC. CANOPY is a collection of the brand SLOWO, separate from Cap Ailleurs; the complimentary CANOPY e-book provided with access remains protected for its publisher.

Access to the service grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, under the conditions set by the terms of use. Any reproduction, display, adaptation, distribution, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, outside this personal use, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

7. Liability

Information made available in Cap Ailleurs is provided for documentary purposes. Levis Global LLC takes reasonable care in selecting and updating it, without guaranteeing completeness, accuracy or currency at all times, particularly for foreign administrative, tax or immigration rules liable to change without notice.

Levis Global LLC cannot be held liable for decisions made by a user based on this information, or for the consequences of travel, relocation, investment or a change of circumstances.

Cap Ailleurs links to third-party resources, websites and partners. These references are provided for information and constitute neither recommendations nor guarantees. Levis Global LLC has no control over such content and disclaims responsibility for its accuracy, availability and its publishers' practices.

Any relationships formed between a user and a partner mentioned in Cap Ailleurs are direct relationships between them, to which Levis Global LLC is not a party.
