Withdrawal form

Version 2026-09-25, current version, applicable to orders placed on or after this date.

Standard form complying with the annex to article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code. Making it available is mandatory; using it is not.

Your right

Although your Cap Ailleurs access opened immediately after payment, you have a period of fourteen calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw and obtain a full refund of your payment.

You do not have to give any reason. The refund remains full even if you viewed the application, built trips, used its resources, joined Le Campement or downloaded the complimentary book: no proportional deduction is applied.

How to send it

Using this form is not mandatory. You may exercise your right, at your choice:

1. through the online withdrawal feature of Cap Ailleurs, free and identified by “Withdraw from the contract here”, made available under article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code and available throughout the period ;
2. by returning the form below;
3. by any other unambiguous statement.

These three options remain available at all times: none replaces the others.

The online withdrawal feature is available at https://capailleurs.levisfamilyadventure.com/retractation. This form remains an alternative: all three options coexist and none replaces the others.

For the deadline to be met, the notification need only be sent before the fourteen-day period expires. The sending date is decisive.

Whatever means is used, an acknowledgment of receipt is sent to you on a durable medium, reproducing the content of your statement, its date and time.

Next steps

The refund covers the full price paid, without deductions or fees. It is made no later than fourteen days after receipt of the request, using the same payment method as for the order, unless another method is expressly agreed and, in that case, without fees.

Cap Ailleurs access is suspended on the effective date of withdrawal, then closed once the refund is made. Your personal content may be retrieved upon simple request before closure.
